My Story
In June 2011, I was introduced to Scentsy. I never realized at that moment how truely blessed my life would become and how it has changed! After hosting my own party, I immediately fell in love with the product. After going to 3 more of my friends parties I realized I was a Scentsy Addict. I signed up in Sept. 2011 and there was no doubt in my mind that the best decision was to become a consultant!
I am a military spouse and a mother of 3 beautiful children! Throughout my life I've always been known as "shy" or "quiet" and for me to stand in front of a room and talk to people was not an ideal thing to do. Throughout the years when going to home parties here and there I've always said to myself that this is something that I could never do! Well I've learned to never say never! ;) This has been the best decision and the easiest way I've made money! Really who can say they can go to their job, hang out with some friends and meet new customers and make new friends in a home that could smell like you're down south on a beach or baking something fresh....and get paid while doing it! I love standing in front of people now talking about this amazing product and sharing it with everyone! If I can do this anyone can do this...so easy...so simple...and I love how the company is so authentic and generous!
Update~ August 2013 almost 2 years since I joined and what an amazing journey this has been! Where do I start? lol ....I love how everyone in this Scentsy business is like family~the reunion we just had in July showed me that the owners Heidi and Orville truly care about each and everyone of us! To celebrate our YAY moments~~last year in just a lil over a year from joining I hit Director and earned the Incentive Trip to NY~what an amazing experiece and all for free!! And because to get to NY and Indianapolis I had to fly, now my fear for flying is almost gone~a lil sweaty palms I can handle ;)!! To be able to be here for my kids before and after school and everything in between is a blessing. To be able to make up my own hours and the freedom of being able to take time off when I please with out having to ask anyone is another blessing! To be able to travel and still work my business is another bonus! Scentsy is now going to be expanding to Mexico, Australia, Poland, France and Spain and not to forget that we are already in the UK, Puerto Rico, Guam, US and Canada to be able to grow a business in different parts of the world is truly amazing!
